Does your website appear in under 3 seconds?

Give me your address. Google loads your page on a phone over 4G, exactly as a customer in the street would, and hands back the stopwatch. Free, no sign-up, no email to leave behind.

How this number is obtained

By Google, not by me

The measurement runs through the PageSpeed Insights API. I invent no numbers: I show you a third party's, one you can query yourself on pagespeed.web.dev and land on the same result.

On a phone, over slow 4G

Not on fibre from a desktop. On the phone of a customer looking for you outdoors — the situation where you actually lose sales.

Against public thresholds

2.5 seconds and 4 seconds are not my bars, they are Google's Core Web Vitals, the same for everyone.

Without selling you anything along the way

No email is asked for, the full result is shown. If your site is fast, I tell you that too — and you have nothing to buy.

Why that second matters

53%

of visitors abandon a mobile page that takes more than 3 seconds to appear. They did not judge you: they never saw you.

Ranking

Loading speed is one of the signals Google uses to rank pages. With equal content, the slow site comes second.

The budget

A visitor lost in the first second cost you exactly as much as a customer. The difference is settled before they read your first line.

Not happy with your number?

I build websites around Bourges, Châteauroux, Issoudun and Vierzon, and you only pay once the site is approved. Send me your measurement and I will tell you what causes it — and if it can be fixed without rebuilding everything, I will tell you that too.
